Consultation

This is where you pick and choose which areas of services you will hire us for:  planning, design & decor, florals.

We present you with an average budget of what the event will cost, as well as our contract.

Our team of experts will guide you through all the steps for creating your event.


Contract and Design Proposal

This is where we start bringing the vision to life! Whether for your full event or just the florals.

Full planning, we book the service vendors (band, make up, catering, entertainment, etc).

Preparation of your Event budget and assistance with organizing your expenses



* Refer exceptional event professionals for your event such as photographers, invitations, floral designers and decorators, musicians, etc.



* Finalize and review of vendor/venue contracts


*Site visit on location 60 days prior to event date

* Coordinate and attend vendor meetings to finalize details and timeline


* Vendor/Venue payment management with due date reminders


* Attend final meeting with the venue catering coordinator to finalize your event order


* Assistance with guest table assignments


* Setup cake cutting utensils and party favors

* Guidance with your floor plan


* Ensure that your event day is stress free!!

* Includes the “Day of Coordination” services during the event day

A “Day-Of” Coordinator is for who have planned their event by themselves; however, instead of relying on family and friends to make sure everything runs smoothly the day of, they need a professional to execute the entire event.

Event Experience

All the elements that make up the design and decor of the event will be delivered and set up.


Partial Event Planning Services

Package starts at $2,800 - $6,800 + 

*Decor and event design

*Digital Invites

* Planning meeting to establish details and timeline

* Floor plan creation for event

* Ensure that the event location has been decorated

* Site visit on location 60 days prior to event date

* Vendor timeline confirmation, delivery, installation and pick-up and distribution of payment and tips to vendors the day of the event

* Ensure that vendors are arriving on time and are aware as to where to set up i.e. event entertainment, florist, and caterer
 


* Meet with catering staff to confirm food timeline


* Set up, cake cutting utensils, party favors

Month Of Event Coordination 

Package start at $2800 - $6800 +

A “Day-Of” Event Coordinator is for those individuals who want to do most of the planning and decor themselves, but when their event day arrives, they need a professional to carry out all of their planning and ensure that the event runs smoothly.


PRIOR TO EVENT DAY:

* In person consultation to discuss the specifics of the event and requirements. 


* Unlimited phone calls and emails for any concerns or questions prior to the event


* Confirm final details and event locations with vendors prior to event day



THE DAY OF:

* Ensure that vendors are arriving on time and are aware as to where to set up i.e. photo, video, music, etc.


* Arrange escort cards 


* Set up table numbers/names and menu cards

* Make sure reception flowers/décor is set up according to flower order


* Meet with catering staff to confirm food timeline

* Ensure that the cake/dessert table is accurately set up


DURING THE EVENT

* Help guests locate their escort cards and dining tables

* Ensure proper flow of cocktail/dinner hour

* Look over dining tables and make sure they are set up properly

* Ensure that the event is running smoothly and as to planned
